This blend consists of a bean which originates on the border of Mexico and Guatemala. More locally known as the Mayan region.
It's grown at an elevation of around two thousand metres and then ultra-dark roasted.
Heavily scorched wood dominates in aroma and cup with floral hints, chocolate and molasses. Acidity is tucked inside the heavy aroma of the roast; Mouthfeel is light and leanish.
This one is for serious coffee drinkers who prefer strength with maximum taste.
